Beschreibung

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, leading communication and building strong, long-term relationships. • Travel to client sites to support collaboration, project execution, and client engagement. • Lead civil/structural design for substation projects, including site development, grading, drainage, and foundations. • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and oversee technical execution to ensure alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, designers, and CAD staff. • Identify client needs and support business development efforts, including contributing to proposals and expanding services.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10–15 years of progressive experience in civil/structural engineering, with a strong focus on substation design. • Demonstrated experience serving in a client-facing or client lead capacity, including direct interaction with utility or energy clients. • Proven ability to lead technical execution on multidisciplinary projects and mentor engineering teams. • Experience coordinating across disciplines and managing engineering deliverables for complex infrastructure projects. • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or required based on role and client needs. • Willingness and ability to travel to client sites on a regular basis.
