Beschreibung

• Design, build, and ship full-stack features across the application layer, from database schema to UI • Write clean, well-tested code • Participate actively in code reviews • Contribute to technical decisions on stack, frameworks, and system design • Help maintain and improve coding standards, documentation practices, and deployment processes • Leverage AI coding tools and agentic workflows in daily development • Identify opportunities to incorporate AI capabilities into the product • Stay current with evolving development tooling and recommend practical improvements • Translate product requirements into well-scoped technical solutions • Collaborate with product, design, and stakeholders in an iterative, remote-first environment • Surface technical risks early and help drive them to resolution • Support a small, fast-moving team wherever needed

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong, current full stack skills • Proficiency with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frontend frameworks • Server-side development experience • Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases • Experience with RESTful or GraphQL APIs • Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure • Experience with CI/CD pipelines • Practical use of AI coding tools such as Claude, Copilot, or Cursor • Strong ownership mentality and ability to drive work to completion • Comfort with ambiguity and evolving requirements • Clear communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders
