Beschreibung

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operational professionals • Manage unique and complex partners of strategic importance to the network • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on authorization and settlement applications • Drive the full life-cycle of complex, cross-functional process improvements • Identify and mitigate operational gaps across teams and systems • Analyze operational data and metrics to quantify performance • Lead strategic department projects and support broader company initiatives • Oversee and facilitate comprehensive training programs for both new and existing Account Executives

🎯 Anforderungen

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification • At least 7 years of account management, operations or relationship management experience within the financial services or payments industry • At least 4 years of people leadership and performance management experience • Fluent in Spanish and English.
