Beschreibung

• Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers using distributed microservices and full stack systems • Create solutions that help meet regulatory needs for the company • Stay current with technology trends and experiment with and learn new technologies • Participate in internal and external technology communities • Mentor members of the engineering community • Code or evaluate code as needed • Collaborate with digital product managers • Deliver robust cloud-based solutions that drive experiences helping millions of Americans achieve financial empowerment • Utilize JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, Go, open source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS tools and services

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s Degree • At least 6 years of experience in software engineering (Internship experience does not apply) • At least 1 year experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) • Capital One will consider sponsoring a new qualified applicant for employment authorization for this position • Preferred: Master’s Degree • Preferred: 9+ years of experience in JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go • Preferred: 4+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another cloud service • Preferred: 4+ years of experience in open source frameworks • Preferred: 1+ years of people management experience • Preferred: 2+ years of experience in Agile practices • Preferred: Experience leveraging interactive AI tooling beyond basic code completion
