Beschreibung

• Architect, govern, and optimize the enterprise SAP cloud landscape. • Lead strategic deployment of SAP Business Technology Platform services across global accounts. • Ensure high availability and enforce security frameworks. • Manage BTP accounts, subaccounts, entitlements, quotas, destinations, users, authorizations, directories, regions, and global account administration. • Perform daily administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and maintenance of complex BTP services and applications. • Provide expertise on S/4 integration, Integration Suite, integration performance, HA/DR, scalability, installation, and maintenance. • Monitor BTP services using ad-hoc tools, automated scripts, procedures, and Cloud ALM. • Diagnose and resolve BTP integration and service issues; monitor and tune SAP system performance to meet business KPIs. • Collaborate with SAP application, infrastructure, enterprise architecture, business solution, developer, and modeling teams. • Research SAP BTP technology developments and recommend new services, tools, standards, and improvements. • Design BTP global account, subaccount, roles, role collections, IAS group mappings, AI/Joule security, agent identity, and kill switches. • Create and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting resolutions, SOPs, and procedures. • Manage proactive maintenance of deployed CAP/RAP/BTP platform environments. • Support BTP product and service selection, capability roadmaps, information governance, platform events, and solution design.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3 years working with SAP BTP. • 10+ years in SAP Basis or enterprise cloud platform administration preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Information Technology preferred, or equivalent professional experience preferred. • Hands-on knowledge of BTP service deployment, Cloud Foundry spaces, BTP cockpit, destination configurations, AI Services on BTP, and CI/CD pipelines. • Knowledge of infrastructure as code via Terraform preferred. • Knowledge of BTP CLI and Cloud Foundry CLI preferred. • Familiarity with identity management (IAS/IPS), security protocols, and zero-trust architecture preferred. • Familiarity with BTP AI offerings including AIcore/AI Launchpad, AI A2A Protocols, Joule, J4D, and J4C preferred. • Deep operational knowledge of Cloud Foundry and Kyma (Kubernetes) environments. • Knowledge of SAP Integration Suite, API Management, Destination configurations, and Event Mesh preferred. • Strong command of OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, SSL/TLS certificates, network security protocols, zero-trust architecture, and AI Agent Security. • SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP BTP Provisioning and Administration preferred.
