Beschreibung

• Design and implement full-stack functionality across web applications, from the API and data layer through the user interface • Build interactive dashboards and workflow tools • Design configurable, data-driven feature logic adaptable without code changes • Integrate AI- and analytics-assisted capabilities with explainable and traceable results • Author reusable UI components • Build and consume RESTful APIs and serverless functions behind integrations • Potentially provide technical direction to a small team of engineers, including contract resources • Break work into clear, well-specified tasks and review code • Uphold engineering standards • Write secure, privacy-conscious code aligned with HIPAA obligations and application-security standards • Contribute to automated testing • Keep applications current as frameworks and platform standards evolve • Debug and resolve issues across the stack • Mentor developers and act as a QA resource • Collaborate across engineering and non-technical teams • Assist with software releases and build and release automation

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred • 7+ years of full-stack software development with C# and a modern component-based JavaScript framework, preferred • Experience leading projects technically and guiding the work of other engineers, including contract or partner resources, as a technical lead rather than a people manager • Ability to scope and specify work clearly enough for others to execute • Expert-level C# with ASP.NET Core • Expert-level Angular and TypeScript • Strong experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs • Solid Entity Framework Core and SQL Server skills • Comfort using hand-written SQL, such as Dapper, when performance requires it • Experience building data-driven, configurable feature logic • Experience building data-forward interfaces such as dashboards, reporting, or search and filtering over sizable datasets • Hands-on experience building and operating applications on Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Azure Functions, Key Vault, and Application Insights • Experience with authentication using Azure AD B2C and MSAL • Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD • Security-conscious approach to code • Experience meeting quality and application-security standards in a regulated or enterprise setting • Strong communication skills • Comfort with ambiguity and evolving requirements • Collaborative problem-solving ability • Preferred: Healthcare or clinical application development in a HIPAA-regulated, PHI-handling environment • Preferred: Integrating AI or LLM-backed capabilities with attention to grounding, citation, or explainability • Preferred: Clinical decision support, guideline- or protocol-driven logic, or other rules-based domain modeling • Preferred: Multi-tenant SaaS and tenant data isolation • Preferred: Working with distributed, offshore, or contract engineering teams • Preferred: Component-driven frontend architecture and third-party or vendor data integrations • Preferred: Performance and application performance monitoring (APM) tooling, and familiarity with SAST, SOC 2, or HITRUST • Preferred: Legacy application migration and modernization • Candidates must be located in Ohio • Sponsorship is not offered for this position
