Beschreibung

• Provide design and development expertise for the firm’s Peppermint Dynamics CRM platform • Lead redevelopment of existing CRM capabilities into a new environment • Refactor bespoke functionality and rebuild solutions where source code is unavailable • Restore standard Dynamics relationships and data structures • Design, create, test and troubleshoot workflows, data-entry and retrieval screens • Document work according to agreed standards, including DevOps and ServiceNow • Analyse existing CRM customisations and identify functionality requiring redevelopment • Design, develop and refactor bespoke Peppermint CRM and Microsoft Dynamics solutions • Lead technical migration of CRM data into the new environment • Work with CMS subject matter experts to align CRM with the Unified Case Management platform • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects and business stakeholders • Support DevOps, change and release management processes • Conduct code reviews, technical design reviews and solution assurance activities • Provide expert third-line support for complex Peppermint CRM issues • Participate in Agile ceremonies and support platform optimisation and technical debt reduction

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum of 3 years’ demonstrable experience working as a Developer • Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Peppermint CRM development experience • Strong understanding of Dynamics data models, entity relationships and platform architecture • Expertise in C#, .NET, Power Platform, Dataverse, APIs and integration technologies • Experience working within Agile delivery environments • Experience refactoring legacy solutions and reducing technical debt • Experience delivering CRM migration and transformation programmes • Experience with MS SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, T-SQL and Azure SQL Server beneficial • Experience within legal, professional services or regulated environments beneficial • Ability to produce high-quality technical material and identify opportunities to provide business benefit • Strong operational and analytical skills • Excellent organisation and ability to prioritise multiple tasks • Strong problem-solving abilities • Ability to build good relationships with clients, operational managers and colleagues
