Beschreibung

• Supporting the sales team in achieving overall sales growth targets. • Educating customers on the use and clinical application of Medline products. • Delivering product training to internal and external stakeholders. • Providing product demonstrations and clinical support during product trials. • Analyzing the competitive landscape and relevant industry trends. • Gathering first-hand customer feedback and using these insights to drive product improvements. • Developing a deep understanding of the political and clinical environment to anticipate factors influencing customer purchasing decisions. • Assisting Product Managers in product development to address customer and market needs. • Contributing to root-cause analyses of customer complaints. • Building strong relationships with key personnel in the operating theatre. • Representing Medline in clinics and other healthcare facilities.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Completed nursing and/or medical education • At least 3 years of experience as an Operating Theatre Nurse • Strong technical knowledge of hospital medical products • Solid understanding of the healthcare sector, including terminology, hospital purchasing processes, technology, and regulations • Strong sense of responsibility • Critical thinker with a drive for continuous improvement • Highly independent and proactive • Able to perform in a fast‑paced and demanding environment • Fluent in English and the local language • Willingness and ability to travel (field based); a category B driving license is required
