Beschreibung

• provide technical assistance and service to customers in the HVAC industry • ensure successful installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of HVAC control systems • coach and mentor Associate level and Install Technical Specialists • coordinate on-site with contractors • work towards continuous improvement of commissioning practices • demonstrate expert knowledge of Honeywell systems and Industry Best Practices • report directly to the Field Service Supervisor • travel up to 70% to customer sites primarily in Dallas TX, and surrounding TX and OK region

🎯 Anforderungen

• 3 or more years’ experience in building controls and automation, with specialized expertise in Tridium Niagara 4 and Niagara AX, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing energy management systems • Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC controls field service experience, with a strong background in system installation, maintenance, and repair • Working knowledge of BACnet control systems • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a keen attention to detail in diagnosing and resolving issues • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
