Beschreibung

• Manage digital products from planning through deliverables coordination, execution, communication, and results tracking • Manage growth and optimization of digital products to drive awareness, engagement, adoption, and product maturity • Develop and manage digital asset budgets, coordinating with internal partners and contract services or agencies • Influence, inform, and engage cross-functional teams • Provide guidance and strategy across digital products, programs, and projects • Partner with stakeholders to develop and maintain a backlog aligned with business goals and the digital roadmap • Communicate successes, challenges, timelines, and project needs • Manage digital calendars and priorities for digital products and initiatives • Manage daily activities with external agencies and IT partners • Ensure digital content receives required stakeholder approvals • Direct digital strategy goals, customer experience, digital quality, and product analytics • Lead product management of digital assets or services and represent the digital team in IT Agile meetings and vendor activities • Translate business partners' goals into actionable work • Prioritize, assign, and balance work within Agile TFS boards while acting as Product Owner of digital assets • Lead teams through ambiguity using Lean Management and Design Thinking principles • Help develop product roadmaps and long-term digital vision • Define and deliver customer experiences and introduce capabilities that improve customer moments • Use data and technology to elevate customer experience • Ensure digital products meet regulatory and compliance requirements • Evaluate, validate, and communicate business propositions for digital initiatives and products • Initiate and lead new IoT or digital innovation projects • Perform other job-related duties as requested

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's in Marketing, Computer Science, Human Factors, IT, Communications or related field preferred • Three (3) years of professional experience in digital projects required • Experience translating business requirements into user experience applications in support of technical specifications required • Project planning/project management experience required • Experience leading teams and large scale projects preferred • Digital product owner experience preferred • HMO or Healthcare industry experience preferred • Experience in Agile scrum ceremonies—story writing, sprint planning, daily standups and retrospectives preferred • Familiarity with desktop and mobile web, Android and iOS apps, design, digital quality assurance, digital strategy, user research, prototype and analytic development • Utilizes design thinking principles and methods • Knowledge of project management tools and content management software, including TFS and WordPress • Knowledge in digital product development • Knowledge of code languages such as HTML, CSS, .NET, C#, and Swift, and back-end infrastructure such as web services, APIs, or database development is a plus • UX, UI, and Human Factor experience • Familiarity with UAT testing digital products • Troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities • Solid project planning and management capabilities • Process and/or workflow planning and design skills • Information Architecture and Taxonomy familiarity • Strong knowledge of best practices relative to mobile application and web development • Proficient in Word, PowerPoint or Keynote, and Excel • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Firebase, or equivalent is a plus • Excellent oral and written communication • Effective organization and prioritization • Ability to travel as required by the needs of the department
