Beschreibung

• Implement, modify, test, and administer revenue cycle system applications • Develop, test, and maintain Epic Revenue Cycle modules, Claims Manager System, billing systems, interfaces, and related processes • Liaise with vendors, IT personnel, application analysts, management, and end users • Assess end-user needs and recommend and document system or procedural changes • Develop standard, customized, and ad hoc application reports and report templates • Perform analytical tasks, documentation, testing, and final analysis to ensure job and system efficiency • Perform team and integrated testing for billing system functionality and interfaces • Develop plans for small projects and compare system designs with user requirements • Maintain system parameter and reference tables, enhancement logs, and related records • Serve as the first point of contact for revenue cycle end-user system issues • Research, document, and facilitate issue resolution while providing ongoing application support • Review, research, test, and facilitate system updates and user maintenance across multiple systems • Assist with third-party billing charge-file and master-file system development and testing • Research and utilize third-party software to create programming logic supporting operational processes • Draft reference materials and assist with training documentation • Provide 24 x 7 environment support and participate in on-call responsibilities

🎯 Anforderungen

• Associate's Degree in a related field, Computer Science, Finance, or Accounting • Epic Certification within 2 months • Revenue cycle work experience • Must have application support and build experience • Comprehensive knowledge of revenue cycle billing system modules • Thorough understanding of project planning • General knowledge of CPT, ICD codes, HCPCS, and HIPAA Transaction Code Sets • Ability to support 24 x 7 environments • Participation in occasional on-call, early morning, and evening support • Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with occasional weekend and holiday requirements
