Beschreibung

• Establish and oversee frameworks, controls, standards, and policies that guide responsible AI • Help clients ensure AI initiatives align with regulatory expectations, internal policies, project management standards, and risk management practices • Develop and maintain governance frameworks, policies, and procedures for AI initiatives and related technology programs • Provide oversight of risk, compliance, documentation, and controls • Partner with stakeholders and leaders to align governance requirements with project planning, delivery, and execution • Lead and coordinate teams while collaborating closely with peer functions across technology and business operations • Support project governance using Traditional and Agile SDLC methodologies and tools such as VSTS and Jira • Recommend improvements to policies, processes, and governance structures • Communicate governance expectations, project status, and recommendations across all levels of the organization • Support governance reporting and executive-level decision-making processes

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required • At least 6 years of related experience required • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience required • A degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, or Management Information Systems is preferred • PMP preferred • Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, policies, and procedures • Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with business stakeholders and leaders, IT project planning, delivery, and execution using Traditional and Agile SDLC methodologies • Experience with VSTS, Jira, and/or other team/project collaboration tools • Ability to work in and lead a team, while communicating and coordinating with peer teams • Ability to formulate, document and recommend new policies and procedures • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of an organization, both internally and externally • Ability to lift up to 50lbs • Experience developing governance models for AI, analytics, automation, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology initiatives • Knowledge of responsible AI, data governance, privacy, model oversight, and technology risk management • Experience partnering with compliance, legal, security, and executive stakeholders in regulated environments • Relevant certifications in project management, governance, risk, compliance, or security preferred • Strong understanding of policy development, audit readiness, and control documentation practices • Experience supporting governance reporting and executive-level decision-making processes
