Beschreibung

• As a Managing Director within the Global Information Reporting Services practice you will be part of a diverse team abound with opportunity to grow into a financial industry leader in the area of international tax transparency, transforming Private Equity processes • Successfully develop, nurture and manage client relationships by consistently providing clients timely and appropriate communication and services in relation to their needs • Be viewed as trusted personal and business advisor by clients • Provide advisory services to financial institutions regarding FATCA, CRS, Chapter 3 (1042 & 8804 reporting and withholding) and Withholding Foreign Partnerships • Direct multiple engagements which include consulting, compliance, and tax planning services • Consult with client service team to design, communicate and implement innovative planning ideas for clients • Guide and manage IRS and state audits • Participate and actively contribute to new business development activities, including prospecting, networking and representing CBIZ at industry and related events • Design and deliver technical training on Individual related tax topics • Recruit, supervise, train, develop and motivate less experienced team members • Promote a team environment; demonstrate support of management decisions and builds a positive culture. • Contribute to management of internal tax department through committee membership and group leader responsibilities • Perform other responsibilities as necessary

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree • 10 years of experience in public accounting or related field • 10 years supervisory experience • Must have active CPA or equivalent certification • Ability to manage deadlines, work on multiple assignments and prioritize each assignment as necessary • Proficient use of applicable technology • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally • Proven high level of business integrity, client service and leadership skills • Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
