🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience in short‑term rental / Airbnb / vacation rental management • Strong operational and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple properties efficiently • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting • Experience with PMS platforms (e.g., Hostaway, Guesty, Airbnb tools) • Knowledge of STR regulations and market trends • A performance‑driven mindset with attention to detail
