Beschreibung

• Work closely with the AI Director to deliver major new initiatives within the AI R&D team • Serve as a bridge across East Coast and European time zones for both AI teams and projects • Align and motivate the team around clearly defined objectives • Build and maintain cohesive, high-performing teams that can self-organize and deliver exceptional results • Identify and resolve bottlenecks and queues, and promote incremental delivery • Manage AI initiatives by balancing resources, ambition, and time constraints • Identify risks and establish mitigation plans • Continuously improve production processes, including project planning, scoping, scheduling, roadmapping, and requirements gathering • Establish and maintain relationships with key external partners • Advocate for tangible, beneficial improvements by boldly and innovatively challenging the status quo • Gather, consider, and respond to internal feedback, adjusting processes and approaches as needed

🎯 Anforderungen

• At least 5 years of experience in software project management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role • Experience across the full lifecycle of an AI product, AI research project, or video game development; ideally, all three • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams, preferably in an Agile environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • High emotional intelligence • Ability to remain calm under pressure and rally multiple teams around a common goal • Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to proactively solve problems with minimal supervision • Seeks guidance when needed • Accountable for outcomes, whatever they may be • Intellectual curiosity • Humility and curiosity, with a constant search for learning opportunities • Experience with industry-standard project management tools (e.g., Hansoft, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office) • Excellent analytical skills • Comfortable with data modeling and analysis • Strong knowledge of the AI and video game industries (optional) • Proficiency with the Atlassian suite (Jira and Confluence) (optional) • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
