🎯 Anforderungen

• Experienced Team Lead (Java) • Strong people leadership skills • Deep technical expertise • Very good understanding of the team’s technology stack • Ability to organise and coordinate the team’s work • Confidence in making technical decisions • Strong background in backend development using modern Java technologies • Several years of professional experience • Experience mentoring, leading or coordinating engineers • Team-oriented approach that values collaboration, knowledge sharing and collective problem-solving • Genuine interest in data and databases is a strong advantage
