Beschreibung
• Support the sales team in promoting and selling association management services to prospective associations and board members • Prepare sales proposals, contracts, presentations, and marketing materials for community association prospects • Coordinate and track leads, follow-ups, and sales activity within the company • Schedule and coordinate sales meetings and board presentations • Maintain accurate records of client communications, proposals, contracts, and onboarding documentation • Collaborate with operations and management teams to ensure a smooth transition for newly onboarded communities
🎯 Anforderungen
• High School Diploma • 2-5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Proficient with Google Suite applications including Gmail, Docs and Sheets, Adobe Acrobat, and MS Office • Proven experience as a Sales Associate
