Beschreibung

• Monitor orders that error in the interchange and investigate the causes • Rekey orders as needed • Identify and troubleshoot Web order issues and contact clinics and/or sales staff to resolve them • Process requests to set up Web Access Profiles • Maintain profiles using the Website Admin Site and communicate setup completion • Maintain, update, and research product information, including descriptions, availability, compliance issues, backorders, allocations, new products, and closeout items • Collaborate with Purchasing and Marketing to support a smooth online purchasing experience • Monitor MSDS and CVP sites and contact providers regarding manufacturer information and issues • Research products to accurately supply MSDS and Compendium information • Monitor product changes to ensure accurate Web display • Update Product and Customer Sets to ensure location-specific and state-compliant product visibility • Monitor marketing and manufacturer communications about clinic promotions • Build and maintain Customer and Product Sets for promotions • Provide customer service by phone, email, and fax • Train clinic and sales staff on website features • Handle inquiries about accounting, DEA questions, products, warehouse issues, telephone orders, OSR/ISR questions, freight, pharmacy, and other MWI services • Troubleshoot clinic issues and reach solutions satisfactory to clinics and sales staff

🎯 Anforderungen

• Flexible availability between 9am–6pm EST • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required • 2+ years of experience in customer service, customer support, order management, customer operations, sales support, or a related field • HDI Customer Service Representative (HDI-CSR), CCPC Global Certified Client Service Specialist (CCSS), or equivalent certification preferred • Business or technical degree strongly preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel • At least two years of relevant experience in enterprise e-commerce system customer service, maintenance, and support, or business system analysis and support • Knowledge and proficiency in detailing products on www.mwianimalhealth.com • Ability to communicate effectively in individual or group situations • Ability to organize and present information to others and deliver high-impact presentations • Customer-oriented and responsive to customer needs and priorities • Ability to respond quickly to changes in day-to-day operations • Self-starter able to develop objectives, action plans, priorities, checkpoints, and performance indicators
