Beschreibung

• Manage products for customer use and handle moderately complex to complex issues • Shape and advise high-value AI opportunities across CenterWell's Home Health, Primary Care, and Pharmacy segments • Manage and evolve CenterWell's portfolio of AI products • Drive consistency, strategic reuse, and understanding across AI projects • Partner with AI Product Managers to identify synergies, reduce duplication, and maximize AI investment value • Identify opportunities for shared capabilities and strategic reuse across AI projects • Assess proposed AI investments for value, scalability, duplication risk, and alignment with CenterWell's AI product strategy • Facilitate collaboration among executive partners on AI product projects • Refine business cases, value hypotheses, and success metrics for investment decisions • Create portfolio-level views of AI products, dependencies, roadmaps, and opportunities • Establish best practices, governance approaches, and product frameworks • Communicate portfolio strategy, product recommendations, and AI investment opportunities to senior leaders and partners • Support test-and-learn projects and refine product solutions using performance data and feedback • Ensure solutions follow human-centered design principles and improve experiences for associates, patients, providers, and members • Monitor AI, automation, and healthcare improvement trends to inform opportunity development

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles • Experience with AI/ML products and latest generative AI applications within healthcare • Experience working with product, engineering, operations, and partners • Analytical skills with experience using data to define metrics, measure value, and guide decisions • Experience with process mapping and workflow analysis, including identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities • Ability to work Eastern Time Zone hours • Experience with AI products in healthcare environments, including clinical workflows, pharmacy operations, or care delivery models • Experience with portfolio management, including product roadmap refinement across several projects • Experience defining and tracking KPIs, leading indicators, and value realization metrics • Familiarity with Figma, Miro, or Visio • Experience working in Agile or test-and-learn environments • Home internet with minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
