Beschreibung

• Lead one of two marketing cells covering brands across B2B fintech, adtech and creator programs • Own the marketing vision and roadmap for the brands • Lead designers and social media managers in delivering marketing plans • Define marketing strategies grounded in business goals, customer insight and data • Turn quarterly OKRs into plans with priorities, owners and timelines • Write briefs, copy and campaign plans • Launch and optimise paid campaigns • Build landing pages and reports • Produce first versions of marketing work hands-on • Coach, delegate to and provide feedback for designers and social media managers • Identify, build and implement AI and automation workflows for marketing • Track pipeline, lead quality, CPL, ROAS and engagement, adjusting strategy as needed • Partner with sales, product, technology and leadership • Present plans and results clearly and concisely • Report to the Director of Marketing

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7+ years in marketing • At least 3 years leading a team • Demonstrated ability to name people who grew under your leadership • Hands-on experience personally writing, building, launching and optimising campaigns • Experience building marketing strategies and roadmaps from scratch • Ideally, experience across more than one brand or audience • Experience with B2B fintech, adtech or creator/influencer programs is relevant to the application • Hands-on experience with marketing strategy documents, campaign copy and briefs, paid campaigns, landing pages, marketing reports and dashboards, and AI or automation workflows
