Beschreibung

• Create B2B marketing content for webpages, digital ads, landing pages, case studies, video scripts, eBooks, blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and other digital channels • Develop storytelling-driven content aligned with the brand voice and audience needs • Collaborate with marketing, product, sales, regional, vertical marketing, design, and creative teams • Shape messaging, content strategy, and campaign narratives around market priorities, customer needs, and business objectives • Tailor content to audiences across customer-journey and sales-funnel stages • Write conversion-focused digital copy supporting engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness • Optimize content for traditional SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)/AI discoverability • Research industry trends, customer challenges, and best practices • Monitor digital marketing trends and evolving AI tools • Manage and co-manage multiple content and marcom projects, stakeholders, deadlines, deliverables, and workflows • Coordinate with Ceragon’s creative studio to produce persuasive and visually compelling deliverables • Collaborate with designers and creative teams on integrated content experiences • Edit and proofread content for accuracy, polish, correctness, and quality standards

🎯 Anforderungen

• Native-level English writing and communication skills • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities with strong attention to detail • Experience creating compelling B2B marketing content, preferably in telecommunications, networking/connectivity, wireless, enterprise technology, or related industries • Strong storytelling ability and judgment to simplify complex information without losing substance or credibility • Demonstrated ability to write persuasive, conversion-oriented marketing copy across multiple digital channels • Comfortable using AI tools for research, ideation, and workflow efficiency while maintaining originality and strategic thinking • Ability to write original content from scratch and refine AI-assisted drafts • Experience optimizing content for traditional SEO and AI-driven LLM search/discovery environments (GEO) • Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple assignments, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams and geographies • Experience with content management and project management platforms; ClickUp experience is a plus • Strong attention to detail while balancing strategic thinking and hands-on execution • Ability to collaborate across global teams and time zones, including early-morning meetings with colleagues in Israel and Romania • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Technical Writing/Communications, or a related discipline preferred
