Beschreibung

• Partner with the Sales team as technical lead, running discovery, demonstrations, proofs of value, and solution-development discussions • Design customer-specific solutions for deployment and integration of Chainalysis products • Provide guidance on technical challenges from high-level architecture to code implementation • Own the post-sale customer experience end to end by configuring, deploying, and tuning products hands-on • Work alongside customer teams to help them become self-sufficient • Drive sustained adoption and measurable value through onboarding, usage monitoring, product-health reviews, rule and alert tuning, and intervention when adoption slips • Map customer workflows to capabilities across investigations, compliance, security, and data-analysis solutions • Investigate with Chainalysis tooling by tracing, attributing, and analysing on the platform • Surface actionable insights and integrate Chainalysis into customer compliance and risk workflows • Resolve technical, compliance, analytical, and operational customer questions directly • Own time-sensitive decisions by validating signals and using appropriate escalation paths • Communicate technical requirements and field-discovered data gaps to Product and Engineering • Serve as trusted technical advisor to internal and external customers • Identify business opportunities and increase Chainalysis' foothold with private-sector customers and prospects

🎯 Anforderungen

• Worked in or directly with private sector customer types: banks, cryptocurrency exchanges, payment processors, and blockchain developers • Practical understanding of compliance, investigative, and risk workflows, with practitioner experience in investigations, compliance, fraud, risk, or security • Technical generalist background • Comfortable with REST API integrations • Familiarity with SQL data structures • Experience with account or customer management for an enterprise SaaS business • Commercial awareness and experience partnering with sales counterparts on renewals and expansion • Ability to communicate clearly with technical and executive audiences • Curiosity, fast learning, and motivation to solve difficult customer problems • Collaborative approach and generosity with knowledge • Fluency in English • Nice to have: financial compliance and anti-money laundering experience • Nice to have: proficiency in Python, REST API integrations, and SQL databases • Nice to have: hands-on use of AI tooling • Nice to have: experience handling sensitive data and proprietary methods
