Beschreibung

• Supports activities of the Finance Department by performing specialized administrative, accounting and financial reporting tasks related to the CNI treasury function. • Supports the Controller in liquidity management performing treasury functions including bank reconciliations, processing electronic payment requests, monitoring and forecasting cash flow, and analyzing bank fees. • Completes treasury related reporting and performs additional accounting functions. • Performs daily cash positioning activities including managing daily liquidity between multiple accounts and monthly bank reporting. • Maintains strong relationships and open communication with banks and other financial service providers to optimize treasury function. • Coordinates the opening, maintenance, and closure of bank accounts. • Ensures the accurate and timely execution of wire transfers and payment processing. • Monitors compliance with internal policies and external regulations such as quarterly bank compliance certificates. • Provides information in connection with the external and internal audits by monitoring cash management activities to ensure compliance. • Assists with monitoring investment opportunities to maximize returns on surplus funds. • Identifies opportunities to automate workflows and enhance data accuracy.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree required in finance, accounting, economics or related field • Two to five (2-5) years of experience in treasury, finance, accounting or related roles • Advanced Excel skills • Proficiency with TMSs and ERP systems • Proficiency in accounting and treasury principles • Experience with Costpoint and banking portals (preferred) • Relevant certifications (preferred): MBA, CTP, CPA, CFA
