Beschreibung

• You will work on a redesign project for an insurance SuperApp, focusing on modernizing the Android, iOS and Java backend platforms. • The objective is to preserve current functionality while reorganizing end-customer journeys to enhance the product experience, visual consistency and performance, while preparing the ecosystem for intensive use of Artificial Intelligence. • Define the visual language, Design System and accessibility standards for the SuperApp redesign, ensuring scalability, consistency and quality across all channels. • Lead the Design practice (UX and UI), translating business and user needs into flows, prototypes and reusable components, providing design direction for the project. • Work side-by-side with the development team, contributing technical knowledge and adapting and replicating market best practices.

🎯 Anforderungen

• Define design standards for the SuperApp (typography, colors, spacing, components, behavior, microinteractions, accessibility). • Be co-responsible for Product Discovery, facilitating and moderating activities, and building materialized visions in: • Service blueprints; • Customer consumption journeys (materializing Jobs To Be Done). • Have practical knowledge in UX Research, applying lean methods (interviews, usability tests, hypothesis validation) in partnership with the team. • Ensure experiences that emphasize: • Information Architecture; • Visual Design; • Low- and high-fidelity prototyping in Figma. • Design system conception, implementation and evolution: • Creation and management of components in Figma (auto-layout, variants, tokens, shared libraries); • Documentation of usage patterns and best practices to scale across multiple teams. • Work close to technical implementation, with: • Detailed handoffs; • Understanding of technical constraints; • Fluid dialogue with developers (mobile, web, backend). • Experience in scaled teams and continuous product contexts, with multiple squads. • Work in multichannel contexts (app, web, integrated communications). • Have proficiency or hands-on experience with AI solutions (for example, using AI in experience flows, copilots, design task automation, journey personalization). • Demonstrate a strong willingness and curiosity to quickly learn to work with AI agents. • The selection process will include validation of specific knowledge in AI agents and the practical application of AI in digital products.
