Beschreibung

• Lead an on-the-ground team focused on placement growth and support for hosts, participants, and community members • Drive host employer job sales resulting in multi-program placements • Secure host families for Summer Work and Travel participants whose employers lack housing • Create and deploy community events that provide value to hosts • Coach staff in effective sales and account management practices • Resolve host-related hiring needs and ensure participants are placed quickly and effectively • Manage sales to new hosts, renew and grow existing host relationships, and source host families within a defined territory • Set individualized sales goals and pipeline targets and provide active coaching • Create outreach strategies to engage new hosts and renew relationships • Develop and deploy host-centric community events to maximize sales • Provide account management by building long-term host relationships, ensuring commitments are delivered, and identifying growth and retention opportunities • Track and report sales and placement results, rapidly adjusting tactics • Consult with hosts on hiring strategies and provide guidance to maximize placement results • Work cross-functionally with compliance, participant services, and other internal teams • Ensure a gold-standard stakeholder experience through proactive communication and support, measured by NPS results

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree required • Minimum of 5–7 years of previous sales success required; B2B and human capital solutions preferred • Minimum of 3–5 years of people management experience preferred • Ability to draw conclusions and create strategy based on metrics • Strong verbal and written communication skills required • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail required • Proactive and preference for working in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work with remote field staff • Ability to investigate and analyze information to draw conclusions and solve problems efficiently • Energetic, personable, goal- and team-oriented • Tolerance for ambiguity and a sense of humor • Technology proficiency required; experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, and Teams preferred • Innovative, creative, and flexible to a changing environment • Passion for CIEE's mission and global exchange • Candidates must be located in Cape Cod, Massachusetts • Background check, reference check, and education and employment verification required as conditions of employment
