Beschreibung

• Lead an on-the-ground team focused on placement growth and support for hosts, participants, and community members • Drive host-employer job sales resulting in multi-program placements • Secure host families for participants whose employers do not provide housing • Create and deploy community events that provide value to hosts • Manage a team selling to new hosts, renewing and growing existing host relationships, and sourcing host families within a defined territory • Set individualized sales goals and pipeline targets and provide active coaching • Create outreach strategies to engage new hosts and renew existing relationships • Develop and deploy host-centric community events to maximize sales • Manage regional host accounts by building long-term relationships, fulfilling commitments, and identifying growth and retention opportunities • Track and report sales and placement results, rapidly adjusting tactics • Consult with hosts on hiring strategies and provide expert guidance to maximize placement results • Work cross-functionally with compliance, participant services, and other internal teams • Ensure a high-quality stakeholder experience through proactive communication and support, measured by NPS results

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor's degree required • Minimum 5–7 years of previous sales success required; B2B and human capital solutions preferred • Minimum 3–5 years of people management experience preferred • Ability to draw conclusions and create strategy based on metrics • Strong verbal and written communication skills required • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail required • Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work with remote field staff • Ability to investigate and analyze information to draw conclusions and solve problems efficiently • Energetic, personable, goal-oriented, and team-oriented • Tolerance for ambiguity and a sense of humor • Technology proficiency required; Salesforce, Microsoft Suite, and Teams experience preferred • Innovative, creative, and flexible in a changing environment • Passion for CIEE's mission and global exchange • Must be located in Wisconsin Dells, United States; remote location only • Background check, reference check, and education and employment verification are conditions of employment
