• Lead the production and delivery of Revenue Operations owned operational reporting, including: Pipeline creation, coverage, health, and movement • Forecast views and pipeline inspection support • Sales productivity, quota attainment, and capacity reporting • Marketing to pipeline and marketing to revenue reporting • Renewal, expansion, and churn risk tracking • Partner sourced pipeline and performance views • Ensure all reporting & visibility is delivered on a predictable cadence, clearly understood by stakeholders, and consistent across tools and audiences • Support the CRO organization’s operating rhythm by ensuring reporting is ready for weekly pipeline and forecast reviews, monthly performance reviews, and quarterly planning and capacity discussions • Continuous Improvement & Input: While definitions largely come from elsewhere, this role provides feedback on metric clarity, usefulness, and gaps a suggests incremental improvements to reports and dashboards. • Partners with RevOps Systems, IT, and Finance on: Data quality issues, Automation opportunities, Tool enhancements • Helps evolve reporting from near term solutions toward more scalable approaches • Lead and mentor a small team of revenue/data analysts which require setting priorities, reviewing work product for quality & consistency, and overall skill development • Ensure compliance with company standards and policies
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or other related studies • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Analytics, or Finance within a B2B SaaS environment • Demonstrated expertise producing operational go-to-market reporting and analytics • Proven experience managing and mentoring analytics teams • Deep working knowledge of pipeline mechanics, sales forecasting, and sales productivity/capacity reporting • Strong understanding of B2B software go-to-market motions and revenue cycles • Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms) • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for executive stakeholders.
