Beschreibung

• Provide strategic talent sourcing solutions to Cielo’s sourcing teams and client hiring teams • Collaborate with senior leadership and HR teams to understand workforce needs and hiring plans • Develop strategic talent attraction plans aligned with business objectives • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring leaders across job profiling, candidate sourcing, assessment, and selection • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout recruitment processes • Promote the employer brand and position the organization as an employer of choice • Conduct market research on talent trends, industry benchmarks, and best practices • Build and maintain candidate pipelines for critical and high-demand positions • Screen candidates using competency-based interviews and assessment tools • Champion diversity and inclusion through inclusive hiring practices and diverse candidate slates • Use data analytics and sourcing metrics to evaluate talent attraction strategies • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards, and vendors • Liaise with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth sourcing operations • Ensure compliance with labour laws, industry regulations, and data privacy regulations • Represent the client at networking events, job fairs, and industry conferences • Stay updated on trends, technologies, and best practices in talent attraction • Act as a Subject Matter Expert and support the Delivery Lead with coaching and team direction • Lead team huddles and act as the first line of escalation for sourcing leadership • Assist with onboarding and training new team members • Identify process improvements and suggest innovative recruitment efficiency enhancements

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum of 5 years of sourcing experience supporting the US market • Mandatory experience sourcing and/or recruiting talent within the Marketing industry • Proficiency in English • Portuguese is a plus • High School diploma required • Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification required • 5 years’ experience in sourcing or recruiting required • Extensive specialized sourcing experience in at least 2 industries • Global sourcing exposure in these industries preferred • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), automation tools, and specialized sourcing methods • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem-solving skills • Ability to think strategically and align talent attraction strategies to business goals • Strong collaboration skills • In-depth knowledge of industries, job markets, and talent trends • Effective project management skills • Proficiency in designing talent attraction solutions • Ability to leverage data analytics and sourcing metrics • Familiarity with labour laws, employment regulations, and data privacy requirements • Adaptability to changing business needs, market conditions, and recruitment challenges • Continuous learning and improvement mindset
