Beschreibung

• Apply and design statistical methodologies and algorithms to answer business questions • Build and maintain modeling engines for Circana analytics platforms using Python, SQL, Spark, and other tools • Utilize advanced computations, statistics, machine learning, and AI methodologies • Support the end-to-end media product development cycle • Conduct exploratory data analysis • Develop and implement an end-to-end modeling platform • Develop statistical methodologies and design empirical experiments • Assemble big databases from different sources into analysis-ready formats • Partner with Technology, Product, Commercial, and other cross-functional teams to build analytical solutions • Work with granular data at scale for major retailers and manufacturers • Work directly with clients, including top advertising platforms, to gather requirements and communicate results • Document and present methodologies and research findings to internal and external stakeholders • Manage and mentor junior data scientists

🎯 Anforderungen

• Postgraduate degree in Statistics, Econometrics or related quantitative field required; Masters or PhD preferred • 6+ years’ experience of Python/R development • Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, data visualization, and statistical modeling • Familiarity with Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, dplyr, ggplot2, and tidyr • Ability to write complex SQL queries, including joins, aggregations, subqueries, window functions, and query optimization • Skill in retrieving and integrating data from multiple sources and formats • Deep understanding of descriptive and inferential statistics, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, time series analysis, and A/B testing • Solid understanding of Machine Learning and AI algorithms • Ability to build and convey impactful insights from multiple data sources • Skilled at explaining technical subject matter to non-technical audiences • Previous experience in Marketing Mix Modeling and other Media measurement techniques is nice to have
