Beschreibung

• Commit to the empanelment of primary care providers resulting in high quality, continuity of care for our patients through a telemedicine-first approach • Leverage proprietary, HIPAA-compliant EHR that ensures a delightful and safe experience for patients and providers via two-way, video-audio appointments • Focus on what is most important for the providers while helping patients understand their insurance coverage • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure fast-paced improvements in technology and patient care

🎯 Anforderungen

• Completed an accredited nursing or medical program with a national certification • Currently licensed in Illinois with the ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed • Valid Illinois DEA Registration in good standing with all schedules to prescribe medications, including S2 • Ideal candidates will have experience as primary care providers in a clinical setting • At least 3 years post-residency practice experience is strongly preferred for APPs • At least 2 years post-residency practice experience is strongly preferred for Physicians • Must be Board Certified in Family or Internal Medicine • Commitment to evidence-based medicine • Willingness to learn how to diagnose and treat a variety of adult/primary care conditions • A PC with Windows 11 Pro or a Mac newer than 2020 is required

🏖️ Vorteile

• Fully empaneled MD/DOs earn an average of $100/hr or $200/hr, respectively, with appointments lasting from 15 to 30 mins • Compensation is $50 per encounter plus a robust incentive program • APPs earn an average of $66/hr to $132/hr • APPs compensation is $33 per encounter • 7-day-a-week operation offering PCPs the freedom to set their own reoccurring schedules within any combination of days, including evenings and weekends • Supported by a strong team of patient care advocates and a licensed medical team who work with you to ensure our patients get the care and follow-up they need
