Beschreibung

• Works with multiple departments • Accomplishes financial and key results • Improves auditing processes and efficiencies • Conducts staff meetings and attends sales meetings • Handles asset protection team communications • Implements special projects for the asset protection team • Performs and schedules Red Flag Merchandise and Cash audits • Reviews and approves time sheets, mileage logs, expense reports • Assures compliance to start time and travel policies • Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, and orientating employees • Maintains staff performance through training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining • Increases professional and technical knowledge through educational workshops

🎯 Anforderungen

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Inventory auditing experience • Retail experience in a convenience store environment • Valid driver's license with no major offenses • Willingness to travel and agree to occasional overnight travel • Ability to follow state, federal, and company guidelines • Proficient in MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Maintains a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.
