Beschreibung

• Own entire production software systems end-to-end, from understanding factory-floor operational problems through designing, building, deploying, and operating solutions • Build and maintain internal operational software connecting planning, materials, purchasing, personnel, and factory processes • Partner with factory operators, engineers, and company leadership to scale factories as demand and Grid capabilities grow • Develop production planning tools and inventory/materials-flow systems • Improve factory operator workflows • Integrate new automation equipment • Apply AI and LLMs to automate operational decision-making, including purchasing, production planning, machine diagnostics, and debugging • Build software coordinating manufacturing decisions across people, robots, inventory, and suppliers in real time • Identify operational bottlenecks and turn them into software systems that improve factory throughput • Own a meaningful portion of the production operations stack and measurably improve reliability and throughput

🎯 Anforderungen

• Strong PostgreSQL experience, including complex queries, performance tuning, and schema design • Solid data modeling and systems-design judgment • Hands-on systems integration experience stitching together APIs, tools, and workflows for production • Strong software engineering fundamentals • Ability to ship production systems quickly and reliably • Willingness and ability to travel regularly to CircuitHub factories in the US and UK • Ability to spend time on the factory floor partnering with operators and engineers • At least four hours of daily overlap with both US East Coast and UK teams for remote candidates • Familiarity with manufacturing, logistics, ERP/MRP, or supply-chain systems • Experience building internal tools or operational software • Experience keeping mission-critical operational systems fast and reliable • Comfortable collaborating closely with internal teams
