Beschreibung

• Lead solutions engineering teams across multiple regions • Align Cisco architectures with customer needs and drive optimal customer outcomes • Build and sustain long-term customer relationships • Understand customer business goals and identify cross-architecture solution opportunities • Create demand based on customer roadmaps, emerging technologies, and industry challenges • Transform strategic goals into actionable sales initiatives and ensure execution • Drive market expansion and revenue opportunities aligned with Cisco’s corporate vision • Facilitate collaboration across Engineering, CX, partners, marketing, and other business units • Direct technical sales management activities for a defined region or geography • Support internal sales teams through consulting, problem-solving, discovery, consultation, and presentations • Manage high-stakes technical client engagements involving complex, large-scale solutions • Design demand-driving events showcasing Cisco technology experiences • Develop tools and roadmaps that strengthen customer connections • Coach teams toward sustainable quota achievement and develop leadership capabilities • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to shape account strategies

🎯 Anforderungen

• 10 years of experience in Software Solutions Engineering • 2 years of leadership experience • Must be a citizen of the United States • Ability to develop and drive initiatives supporting pipeline growth and adoption • Experience working with state and local governments and education accounts • Technical acumen and understanding of cybersecurity and observability • Ability to travel up to 50% within the Western United States
