Beschreibung

• Serve as a technical sales professional for the Cisco brand with customers and partners • Provide technical solutions addressing customer and partner business needs • Collaborate with account and connected sales teams on customer plans and success • Act as a trusted technical advisor to account teams and customers/partners • Build technical relationships and increase portfolio penetration through cross-selling and up-selling • Lead engagements with IT decision-makers and lines of business • Translate customer and partner business needs into technical requirements • Develop and present solutions based on identified technical and business requirements • Lead deals through the technical sales process and direct virtual support teams • Develop multi-year strategic customer plans integrating Cisco’s portfolio • Integrate domain knowledge and cross-architectural solutions • Build senior executives’ technical strategies and comprehensive cross-architecture solutions • Lead demand generation and enablement initiatives • Identify latent customer needs and demonstrate cross-architecture solutions • Apply competitive intelligence to differentiate Cisco solutions • Mobilize stakeholders to optimize customer relationships • Direct SE virtual and extended sales teams toward continuous improvement • Coordinate educational programs and adjust strategies in response to disruptions

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of demonstrated ability in a pre-sales engineering role, or master’s degree and 6+ years of demonstrated ability in a pre-sales engineering role • Demonstrable experience building and maintaining positive customer and partner relationships • 6 to 8 years of communication and presentation skills • Observability or security pre-sales experience • AI experience • Cisco knowledge • Relevant industry certifications • Experience in a thought leadership role, such as public speaking or writing technical blogs or whitepapers
