Beschreibung

• Define the technical direction for identity and privileged access capabilities • Establish scalable architectures and patterns for enterprise security use cases across Cisco’s identity platform • Lead the design and delivery of capabilities that reduce standing privilege and improve customer control over access to critical resources • Evolve early customer-preview functionality into secure, intuitive, enterprise-ready experiences • Balance near-term product needs with longer-term platform investments • Translate complex customer security requirements into practical technical solutions • Navigate ambiguity across engineering, product, design, and partner teams • Influence architectural decisions across organizational boundaries • Establish collaboration patterns and help Identity teams solve technical and organizational challenges • Influence production readiness and operational maturity • Build resilient, self-healing, highly observable systems meeting uptime and performance standards

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of industry experience, or Master’s and 8+ years of industry experience, or PhD and 6+ years of industry experience • AI-driven development experience, including writing code, building systems, and developing strategies for using AI to assist in work • Experience building cloud services using AWS, GCP, or Azure • Preferred: experience with Kafka, data infrastructure, and/or streaming architecture, including building and operating production systems • Preferred: experience in Identity and Security domains • Preferred: experience in SaaS • Preferred: SRE/operations experience, including observability, incident response, capacity planning, and reliability • Ability to navigate ambiguity and identify technical solutions and paths forward • Ability to influence without authority • Ability to continuously iterate and make decisions with a bias of action
