Beschreibung

• Drive sales and solutions to meet Federal Civilian customers’ challenges • Serve as the technical leader for customer engagements and agency coverage • Partner with Sales Account Executives to propose technology solutions and meet customer needs • Act as a trusted technical advisor and primary technical point of contact for customers • Listen to customers’ issues and ensure procured solutions are adopted and perform as expected • Meet customer success objectives and assigned sales goals • Maintain and expand technical skills across Routing, Switching, Security, Data Center, Collaboration, WAN, and Cloud technologies • Share technical knowledge with teammates and contribute expertise within Federal • Manage competing external and internal demands through effective time management • Travel to meet customers

🎯 Anforderungen

• US Citizenship is required • Five years or more of previous sales engineering experience • Deep Routing and Switching knowledge, including BGP, OSPF, and VXLAN Fabric technologies • Deployment, architectural, and operational knowledge in Routing and Switching • Willingness to travel to meet customers; travel is required • Baseline understanding of Security and Collaboration • Ability to discuss Zero Trust and Voice and Collaboration solutions • Understanding of how Voice and Collaboration interact with campus, Datacenter, and WAN architectures • Understanding of APIs and their use in automation for operations improvements • Strong verbal and written communication skills preferred • Route, Switch, Security, and Datacenter deep-dive skills preferred • Experience with Federal Civilian Agencies preferred • Ability to lead a room preferred • Experience with very large, complex Enterprise Architectures preferred • CCIE in Route/Switch, Security, or Data Center preferred • Living in Washington DC, Maryland, or Northern Virginia highly recommended
