Beschreibung

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to manufacturing customers, helping them use data for digital transformation and operational resilience • Act as the primary technical lead during the sales cycle • Conduct high-level discovery sessions on customers’ cybersecurity and performance challenges • Design and architect Splunk deployments aggregating data from enterprise IT environments, cloud architectures, and digital business systems • Develop and deliver customized product demonstrations and proof-of-concept engagements • Demonstrate real-time threat detection, incident response automation, and full-stack observability value • Partner with Account Executives, Product Management, and Professional Services teams • Present at industry conferences and internal forums • Build reusable technical assets, white papers, and demo environments for security and observability use cases • Lead technical workshops and whiteboard sessions • Travel to customer sites for on-site assessments and strategic planning sessions as needed

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5 to 7 years of experience in Pre-Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting • Deep understanding of modern security frameworks, including SIEM, SOAR, and threat detection • Understanding of observability principles, including APM and infrastructure monitoring • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for executive stakeholders • Experience with large-scale data platforms or log management solutions • Strong communication and presentation skills • Ability to lead technical workshops and whiteboard sessions • Experience with cloud-native monitoring and security platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP • Knowledge of microservices, containers, and Kubernetes • Proficiency in data modeling, Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripting, and API integration • Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and enterprise IT compliance standards • Experience in a global manufacturing organization or software provider serving manufacturing is preferred • Ability to travel to customer sites for on-site assessments and strategic planning sessions • Splunk certification or equivalent platform expertise is highly preferred
