Beschreibung

• Serve as a technology solution consultant to customers and the Cisco account team • Provide technical information and guidance based on Cisco’s product and services portfolio • Partner with Account Executives in a pre-sales technical function • Showcase Cisco solutions through customer presentations and technical demonstrations • Create bills of materials (BoMs) • Run proof-of-concept activities • Partner, consult, influence, and design solutions aligned with customer outcomes • Leverage Cisco technology, services, and support specialists • Collaborate with Account Executives on account planning activities • Educate customers on Cisco differentiation and create demand • Establish brand preference for Cisco • Align Cisco product and services capabilities with customer business drivers

🎯 Anforderungen

• Candidate must reside or be willing to relocate to the Nashville or Knoxville, Tennessee area • 7+ years of industry-related technical experience • Cisco product experience or relevant experience with key competitor offerings • Knowledge of Cisco solutions and networking fundamentals • CCNP or similar industry-related certifications preferred • Pre-sales experience preferred • Practical experience integrating AI tools, automation scripts, and digital collaboration platforms into daily workflows preferred • Customer intimacy skills preferred • BS/BA in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science preferred
