Beschreibung

• Own the strategic product-led lifecycle for a portfolio of strategic customers, aligning engagement to customer value and opportunity • Represent the Splunk product organization to customers and Splunk go-to-market leaders • Connect Splunk’s product and go-to-market organizations and serve as a trusted product partner in account planning • Use telemetry data and AI summarization to drive product-led customer experience and growth workstreams • Understand customer usage of Splunk and articulate product opportunities and pain points to Product and Engineering partners • Define and report product-engagement KPIs covering customer usage and health • Inform the product organization about growth opportunities, re-platforming of existing use cases, and retention risks • Engage with customers, account teams, product managers, engineering leaders, and executives • Translate complex customer needs into product requirements, decisions, and action plans • Drive strategy and disciplined execution without direct authority

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of related experience, or Master’s degree plus 3 years of related experience, or PhD plus 1 year of related experience • 5+ years of experience in technical product management or technical customer engagement with enterprise customers • Experience engaging senior leadership at enterprise customers on technical issues • Experience serving as a trusted product lead to drive technical consensus across engineering and go-to-market teams • Experience working with large data sets to identify technical blockers • Knowledge of Splunk, AppDynamics, or similar platforms for system health and performance insights • AWS/GCP Cloud Architect, CKA, or equivalent SRE/DevOps certifications preferred
