Beschreibung

• Lead the RunningMate business unit, a cross-functional team of approximately 10 people across Product & Engineering, Marketing, and Client Success & Partnerships • Set priorities and align the team around shared goals and the broader business strategy • Set the strategy for RunningMate’s market growth, including budget allocation, go-to-market investment, target customers, and resource focus • Own RunningMate’s P&L and overall business performance, including revenue growth, investment decisions, and financial health • Align Product & Engineering, Marketing, and Client Success & Partnerships around a cohesive strategy • Shape and prioritize the RunningMate product roadmap with Product & Engineering • Incorporate market needs, customer feedback, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities into product decisions • Serve as RunningMate’s primary ambassador within the political ecosystem • Build and maintain relationships with campaigns, state parties, C3/C4 organizations, partners, and other stakeholders • Develop and drive RunningMate’s annual business strategy, beginning with the 2027 planning cycle

🎯 Anforderungen

• 6+ years of experience in progressive politics • Strong knowledge of the Democratic political and campaign ecosystem • Understanding of campaigns, state parties, campaign committees, C3 and C4 organizations, and their budgeting, targeting, and purchasing decisions • Demonstrated experience owning and delivering against revenue goals • Accountability for the performance of a P&L, book of business, business unit, or revenue channel • Experience building and scaling a product, business, or revenue stream in an entrepreneurial environment • Track record of scaling a business, product, or revenue stream from an early stage to $5M+ in annualized revenue • Strong relationship-building skills and experience developing trusted partnerships within the political ecosystem • Experience selling to political organizations and understanding their needs, decision-making processes, and buying cycles • Ability to work in the United States; Civitech is not able to provide visa sponsorship
