Beschreibung

• Guiding energy teams in identifying, evaluating, and implementing energy efficiency activities in commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities • Working with one or multiple clients • Helping program participants apply the principles of continuous improvement to energy management through group workshops and individual coaching

🎯 Anforderungen

• Qualified applicants must live within California, with a significant preference for Central CA (Bay Area/Fresno) for regular client travel • Experience with Continuous Improvement, change management, or Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is preferred • Motivating and coaching plant/facility management and teams • Guiding the development of overall continuous improvement plans • Facilitating training workshops and onsite energy audits and other one-on-one events • Analyzing performance of industrial processes using monitoring equipment and statistical analysis • Writing reports for technical and non-technical audiences • Conducting site walk-throughs to identify energy savings opportunities • Developing site improvement plans • Using MS Word to create high-quality documentation following proper styles, cross-referencing, and professional layout standards • Developing visually engaging and well-structured presentations in MS PowerPoint, applying advanced design features for clarity and impact • Creating and customizing slide masters to ensure consistent branding and layout across all slides • Demonstrating familiarity with formulas and graphical data representation/interpretation in Excel
