Beschreibung

• Lead post-sale strategy and execution for ClickUp's largest and most strategic enterprise clients • Own accountability for delivery outcomes from contract signature through measurable client results • Lead enterprise SaaS implementations through scope shaping, mobilization, delivery, go-live, stabilization and handover • Serve as the primary client contact and build relationships with executive sponsors and program leads • Navigate complex enterprise stakeholder environments and broker alignment across client functions • Deliver engagements against scope, schedule, hours budget and quality using change control • Translate customer business requirements into internal deliverables and milestones • Own engagement governance, including kickoffs, working sessions, sponsor check-ins, SteerCos and status reporting • Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams while providing coaching, direction and support • Manage risks, issues and dependencies through RAID logs and act as the primary escalation point • Manage engagement financials, including hours burn, forecasting, utilisation and margin • Guide clients from manual workflows to AI-assisted and agent-driven operations • Own post-go-live adoption outcomes and track value realization • Identify expansion opportunities and co-sell with Account Executives • Establish value baselines, track benefits and produce value assessments supporting renewal and expansion • Design governance mechanisms and continuous-improvement processes • Own delivery communications, escalations, change-readiness assessments and enablement plans • Contribute templates, playbooks and AI workflows to develop the Engagement Management practice

🎯 Anforderungen

• 5+ years of software and/or services delivery experience • At least 2 years as the accountable project, program or engagement lead • Proven experience taking enterprise SaaS deployments from kickoff through go-live and into adoption • Strong grasp of SaaS implementation fundamentals, including workspace and data architecture, permissions and SSO, integrations, data migration, change management and enablement • Comfortable with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery • Experience managing engagement budgets, Statements of Work, change requests and margin • Experience leading cross-functional and distributed teams across client, partner and internal resources • Hands-on experience using AI and advising clients on agents and automation • Excellent written and verbal communication • Nice to have: experience in work management or SaaS software, professional services firms, agencies or regulated industries • Nice to have: PMP Certification • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where based • ClickUp cannot sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa for this non-engineering, non-product role
