Beschreibung

• Implement well-scoped features, API endpoints, bug fixes, and user-facing interfaces across backend services and web front end • Write automated unit and integration tests and reproduce bugs with failing tests before fixing them • Participate actively in code reviews as an author and eventually as a reviewer • Write queries, model data, and author schema migrations for relational databases • Add and improve structured logging, metrics, health checks, and traces • Use Claude Code and Codex in everyday development and improve shared rules, skills, and agent configurations • Build and extend Blazor web interfaces and dashboards • Operate built systems with containers, deployment pipelines, and Kubernetes configuration • Write clear pull request descriptions, document code reasoning, and keep documentation current • Work with senior and staff-level engineers while growing toward ownership of larger platform components

🎯 Anforderungen

• Up to 2 years of professional software engineering experience • Recent graduates, bootcamp graduates, and career changers with strong technical fundamentals are encouraged to apply • A degree in computer science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience through internships, personal projects, open-source contributions, or work in an adjacent technical discipline • Working knowledge of at least one modern programming language (C#, Java, Python, Go, or C++), with an interest in working primarily in C# and .NET • Willingness to learn front-end development and Blazor • Working knowledge of SQL and relational database fundamentals • Familiarity with Git and a pull-request-based workflow in GitHub • Interest in working with AI coding tools, including Claude and Codex • Ability to break problems into manageable pieces, ask thoughtful questions, and communicate when stuck or needing context • Strong written communication • Curiosity about systems surrounding the code, data flow, and system behavior • Background check completion contingent on employment offer
