Beschreibung
• Configure and maintain the eClinicalWorks (ECW) system • Act as a liaison between clinical staff and IT • Provide end-user support through troubleshooting and training • Analyze system performance for enhancements • Build and customize clinical decision support tools • Manage upgrades, patches, testing, and implementations • Ensure data integrity and compliance with HIPAA standards

• Detail-oriented and proactive • Experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) • Knowledge of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems • Troubleshooting and user support experience • Workflow optimization skills • Reporting and data analysis capabilities • Strong collaboration skills across clinical staff, administrative teams, and IT • Ability to generate and maintain operational, clinical, and regulatory reports
