Beschreibung

• Lead planning, organization, and execution of assigned projects with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction • Manage LIMS implementations for public health, environmental, and toxicology laboratory customers • Establish and manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders regarding scope, deliverables, timelines, risks, dependencies, and project status • Drive executive-level communications and present project updates, risks, mitigation strategies, and recommendations • Apply project management best practices, Clinisys methodologies, and data-driven decision-making • Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation for project planning, forecasting, status reporting, documentation, knowledge management, and operational efficiency • Review project schedules, resource plans, forecasts, risks, and project team performance • Partner cross-functionally across implementation, validation, training, and go-live activities • Analyze processes and identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and AI-assisted workflows • Support project governance, delivery excellence, and customer success initiatives

🎯 Anforderungen

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Informatics, Public Health, Information Systems, Laboratory Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Minimum of three (3) years of project management experience leading software implementation projects and managing client engagements • Minimum of three (3) years of experience partnering with executive-level customer stakeholders, including directors, laboratory leadership, or government/public-sector organizations • Experience supporting laboratory systems, laboratory informatics, LIMS/LIS, healthcare, public health, environmental, or scientific software implementations • Experience working in or managing projects within scientific or laboratory environments • Experience utilizing AI-enabled tools, automation platforms, or advanced analytics to improve project delivery and operational effectiveness • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications, project management tools, collaboration platforms, and business productivity software • Experience using AI-enabled productivity tools, workflow automation tools, analytics platforms, or similar technologies • Working knowledge of public health, environmental, toxicology, and reference laboratory operations and workflows • Understanding of LIMS, instrument integrations, application interfacing, data management, and regulatory compliance requirements • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects within a matrixed organization • Strong project management methodologies, tools, techniques, governance practices, and customer engagement management knowledge • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred but not required • Experience with Public Health Laboratories strongly preferred • LIMS/LIS implementation experience, preferably with Clinisys or comparable laboratory informatics platforms • Familiarity with public-sector procurement, governance, compliance, and funding environments • Knowledge of laboratory regulatory and quality frameworks and public health reporting requirements
