Beschreibung

• Deliver subject matter expertise on designated security technology specialist focus areas and act as a trusted customer advisor • Deliver complex, customized demonstrations and proofs of value • Navigate technical decision points, architecture, and technical strategy to support product adoption and expansion • Support hands-on technical onboarding, readiness, and initial configuration • Build product and feature awareness and remove adoption barriers • Collaborate with Account Executives, Account Technical Specialists, Demo Center, Enablement, Solution Architects, Product Management, and field teams • Provide feedback to influence the product roadmap • Drive awareness of new technical capabilities, previews, use cases, and success stories • Support account teams and deliver value throughout the subscription lifecycle • Communicate status, next steps, and risks to internal and external stakeholders • Uncover emerging technical needs, use cases, and customer success stories • Contribute to webinars, presentations, reference architectures, and Techzone guides

🎯 Anforderungen

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical domain, including Computer Science, Engineering, or IT, or equivalent experience • 8+ years of experience in a high-tech customer-facing role such as Professional Services, engineering, systems administration, sales engineering, or consulting • Specialized knowledge of Cloud Software Group products, including Citrix and NetScaler • Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud certifications are a plus • Ability to deliver and implement technical projects across multiple simultaneous customer engagements • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills • Excellent customer service demeanor and ability to engage with different audience levels
