Beschreibung

• Learn the overall product and business, including user flows, data collection, monetization, design patterns, and technical architecture • Translate business strategy into clear product priorities and initiatives • Drive product strategy, technical requirements, and measurable outcomes for the core product area • Evaluate product opportunities and present data-backed proposals to expand product capabilities • Oversee end-to-end delivery of product improvements and new features from inception through launch • Integrate user research, market analysis, and data insights into development to build user-focused experiences • Partner with engineering on technical implementation methods and realistic timelines • Define and track metrics measuring product success and informing iteration • Become an internal and external domain expert to guide teams and make informed decisions • Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, analysts, marketers, editors, and operations to keep development focused, impactful, and iterative • Lead Clutch's transition into an AI-native organization and re-engineer B2B ratings and reviews

🎯 Anforderungen

• Minimum 2 years of direct product management experience at a digital product or software company that has leveraged AI tools as a core part of their daily workflow • Hands-on experience with LLMs, MCPs, and prompt engineering; ability to build and evaluate functional prototypes • Familiarity with ML concepts, including intent scoring, recommendation systems, and anomaly detection • Proven success managing complex technical products such as CRM integrations, messaging platforms, or data pipelines • Experience building and maintaining production monitoring dashboards using Metabase or similar tools • Comfort working with API documentation and evaluating build-vs-integrate decisions for third-party tools • Strong product sense and passion for data-driven decision-making • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills with strong attention to detail • Ability to manage complex, ambiguous projects independently and drive them through to completion • Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to distill technical concepts for non-technical audiences • Understanding of technical architecture for complex, scalable web platforms • Entrepreneurial drive with demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment • Experience with or strong interest in developer-facing products (MCP, APIs, developer tooling) is a plus • Must be located in an eligible U.S. state; hiring is unavailable in California, Connecticut, New Jersey, and New York • Must be legally authorized to work without current or future sponsorship
