Beschreibung

• Establishes and directs project work-team efforts to successfully plan, develop, test and implement projects. • Leads and manages the project implementation lifecycle to deliver multiple projects and initiatives. • Delivers effective, accurate, and consistent communication to project teams, management, external clients, and vendors. • Facilitates and leads project resources to define tasks, durations, effort, and dependencies. • Partners with technology leaders to identify project resources and develop a comprehensive schedule. • Drives and coordinates cross-functional project team members from multiple disciplines, assigns individual responsibilities. • Maintains project documentation and ensures completeness. • Prepares and distributes project reports and communications. • Collaborates effectively with other project managers and external consulting organizations. • Travels to client locations to meet and discuss specifications, objectives, and options. • Serves as mentor for other Operational Services staff regarding project management methodologies.

🎯 Anforderungen

• 7 years of project management experience required • 5 years in a client facing role required • 5 years in the financial services industry with card processing and payment solutions preferred • Large-scale conversion project leadership and card processing experience preferred • Client facing project leadership and card processing experience preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent combination experience and education is required. • PMP certification preferred
