Beschreibung

• Work across the full stack building Cocoon’s employee leave product • Talk to customers, figure out product direction, and iterate on solutions • Build, ship, and iterate on features across frontend and backend • Collaborate closely with the team and partner with design, sales, legal, and partnerships • Lead and contribute to large-scope engineering projects • Help define operating values, hiring, scaling, and company-building decisions • Use TypeScript, React/Next.js, GraphQL, Node.js + Express, Postgres, and AWS

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experienced engineer with experience leading large-scope projects • Previously worked in a fast-paced engineering environment • Experience building complex products or infrastructure end-to-end • Obsess over details and deliver a high level of craftsmanship • Know when to move fast and when to slow down to build robust, scalable systems • Intellectually curious and enjoy digging into the nuts-and-bolts of how things work • Able to debate without animosity or ego • Care deeply about building the right product and company culture • Proficiency with TypeScript, React, Next.js, GraphQL, Node.js, Express, Postgres, and AWS • Comfortable working across design, sales, legal, and partnerships • Customer-facing experience (talking to customers to shape product)
