Beschreibung

• Own the core learner platform experience for college CS students, alumni, working engineers, and partner-institution students • Translate learning, retention, and engagement goals into a prioritized product roadmap • Use AI throughout the workflow to improve shipping speed and quality • Own AI-assisted learning experiences end to end, including taking the AI Tutor and AI Grader from prototype to product • Decide where AI should accelerate effectiveness, productivity, and scale versus where human connection is essential • Collaborate with Curriculum, Learning, and Engineering to power live course delivery and asynchronous engagement • Set a high bar for design quality and engaging interactions across learner touchpoints • Define metrics for learning rate, retention, and engagement; design user-discovery-grounded experiments to test major product bets • Report to the Chief Product Officer

🎯 Anforderungen

• Experience scaling a live product used by real users, improving quality as usage multiplies • Zero-to-one product instincts; ability to map existing systems and chart a path forward without inherited documentation, process, or roadmap • AI-native workflow, including generating and pressure-testing prototypes, requirements, and analyses quickly • Experience building products where engagement and retention are key metrics • Ability to defend strong, well-reasoned product opinions under pressure • Ability to structure ambiguous problems, align learning and technical teams, and drive execution without a playbook • Strong analytical instincts; ability to define important metrics and use data to make decisions • Ability to write requirements engineers trust and present product strategy to technical and non-technical audiences • Preferred: proficiency with Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hex, Figma, Framer, SQL, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar tools • Preferred: background in edtech, learning platforms, consumer education products, or learning science • Preferred: experience with AI tutoring, adaptive learning, or personalization systems • Preferred: founder experience or equivalent hyperscaling-environment experience
